Has your old coffee machine given up on you? Are you looking to upgrade from your current coffee machine? Or maybe you’re a new business starting out and you’ve not had a coffee machine before.
Whatever the answer, Tchibo Coffee Service have many different coffee machines, so we’re sure to have an option that suits you. In this blog however, we are focusing on an option you may not have considered before; a reconditioned coffee machine. So, what is a reconditioned machine and why should you consider one?
What is a reconditioned coffee machine?
Reconditioned machines are used coffee machines that have been rented previously. When they are returned to us, they are completely stripped out and all the components are tested and replaced as necessary. The machine is then completely resprayed by our talented in-house technicians who restore the unit to as good as new! Once the refurbishment is complete, it is fully tested and inspected before it’s ready to go to its new home.
What are the benefits of a refurbished coffee machine?
It takes our engineers about two full days to work on one machine, so a lot of love and care has gone into each coffee machine! You can be sure that your machine has been tested to the highest standard by our experienced engineers, and fully inspected by our supervisors.
All our reconditioned machines can come with service cover for 5 or 7 working days per week, with call outs and parts included. Service and water filter changes can be included depending on the level of cover you choose. Our Field Service Engineers are among the best in the industry, currently achieving a call out response time of 6 hours for major faults!
Our reconditioned coffee machines also come with a 12-month warranty, so you can have peace of mind that you’re covered.
One of the main benefits of a reconditioned machine is that you can make some cost savings versus a brand-new machine. You can be sure you are getting a top-quality machine at a competitive price – and who can argue with that!
